Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after KYC verification has been successfully completed. Funds subject to active wagering requirements (Bonus Funds) are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable turnover conditions have been met.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. bob69 may at its discretion process withdrawals to an alternative verified payment method registered in the Member's name. Withdrawals cannot be directed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
bob69 targets withdrawal processing within three (3) minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and within one (1) to three (3) business hours for local bank transfers, once KYC verification is complete and no compliance review is pending. Actual settlement times may be affected by the receiving financial institution's schedule.
bob69 does not charge a processing fee on standard withdrawals. Any fees levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the Member.

Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the Platform and a unique bet reference number has been issued. bob69 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: the stake exceeds the applicable limit; the odds were published in error; or the outcome of the event is already known at the time of placement.
